Silverlith
Silverlith is a one-person astrology practice run by Victor Sehlin. This note explains, plainly, what happens to the information you share here.
When you fill in the reading-request form, you give me your name, birth place, birth date, exact birth time, email address, optionally a phone number, and anything you choose to write in the "what to focus on" field. If you write to me through the shorter contact form instead, I receive your name if you give it, your email address, and whatever you have put into words. If you contribute through Ko-fi, that runs through Ko-fi and its payment provider, not through this site.
I use this only to prepare and deliver the reading you asked for, and to reply to you. Nothing else. Submitting the form is how you ask me to do that.
The form is delivered to my inbox by a service called Web3Forms, which passes it to me and keeps a copy for a short period (around 30 days) before deleting it. The site is hosted by Netlify; my email is with Proton Mail. These providers process the data only to get your message to me. I don't share your information with anyone else, and I never sell it. The fonts on this site are served from the site itself, and the video on the Present matters page loads from YouTube only if you choose to play it. If you use the birthplace search in the form, the letters you type in that field are looked up through Photon, an OpenStreetMap place-search run by komoot in Germany, which sees the search text and nothing else you have filled in.
I keep what I need to do your reading and to maintain the honest business records that the law requires for a time. Beyond that, I don't hold on to your details longer than there is reason to.
You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just write to me at viwa.sehlin@proton.me and I will. And if you believe I have handled your information wrongly, you have the right to raise it with the Swedish supervisory authority, IMY (imy.se).
